Our Rates Are As Follows:
Garden Suite:
Nightly
$135 per night (double occupancy), plus 10.5% state and local tax; includes breakfast.
An extra $20 will be added for a cleaning fee for one night stays.
Weekly
$875 per week (double occupancy), plus 10.5% state and local tax; includes breakfast daily. Add $20 per night for each additional guest, plus 10.5% state and local tax. Maximum of 4 guests per booking.
The Rosehill Cottage:
$85 per night, plus 10.5% state and local tax; includes breakfast. There is a $20 cleaning fee for one-nighters, during the week and weekends.
A deposit is required to confirm your reservation. Payment is made by cash, check, or money order prior to your stay. The deposit is $50 for one night stay, $100 for two nights, and $150 for three nights. More nights than that are on a sliding-scale - call for that amount.
If cancelled 0 to14 days prior to the date of reservation, your deposit will not be refunded, however, it can be applied to a later booking.
